JN Small Business Loans Limited (JNSBL), the microfinance subsidiary of Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS), has just launched a new payment card called the JNSBL Eezy Pay card. The goal of the card, is to make the loan repayment process simpler for customers, and allows them to make payments at kiosks which are located in the JN Express section of the banking hall at JNBS’ Half Way Tree branch. They will also be able to make payments at point-of-sale terminals at JNSBL post office locations across the island.
According to JNSBL, the new process will enhance customer experience and make things a lot more efficient and customer-friendly, as they will not have to wait in lines to make their payments. Prior to this, customers had to complete vouchers before making payments directly to a teller or cashier at their local JNBS branch or post office; however, with the new JNSBL Eezy Pay card system, they can now make their loan payments utilising a simple four-step process.
