Late last month, we noted that National Commercial Bank (NCB) announced the creation of a $1-billion concessionary loan fund that will provide loans at 9.0%. Today, NCB has published a full-page ad in the Gleaner newspaper, announcing the launch of its Nation Builder Credit Line. Here are the details as per the ad:
