Micro Enterprise Financing Ltd. is seeking the services of highly motivated proactive individuals with a preference for fieldwork, to fill the post of FIELD LOAN OFFICERS for the following locations: Kingston, Linstead, Savanna-la-mar, Brown’s Town, Mandeville.
Applicants must own a reliable motor car, and will be required to develop new business opportunities and expand existing connections, specifically:
- Promote the project in selected communities
- Assist with the development and training of individuals applying for loans
- Building a loan portfolio with minimum delinquency
- Network with community leaders and organizations
Applicants should preferably have:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance or Marketing or
- A minimum of five CXC or GCE O’ level subjects including math or accounts, and a minimum of three years related work experience
- Personal committment to serving the economic needs of low income persons,
- Must be a good communicator
